Repentance part 2

IV. The Nature of Repentance
1. As touching the intellect Matthew 21:29 “He answered & said, I will not;
but afterward he repented, & went.” The lad changed his mind, thoughts
and views.
- Repentance is a revolution touching our attitude & views toward sin &
righteousness.
- Repentance teaches us to hate sin & learn to love holiness & purity.
- The prodigal son repented; he changed his mind about living in a far
country & decided to return to his father’s household as a servant.
- When Peter at Pentecost asked the Jews to repent, he meant for them to
changed their minds about the Person of Christ. From considering Jesus
a mere man, a blasphemer or an impostor, to recognizing Him as the Son
of God, the Messiah, the Redeemer of the world.
2. As touching the emotions 2 Corinthians 7:9
- Yet now I am happy, not because you were made sorry, but because
your sorrow led you to repentance. For you became sorrowful as God
intended and so were not harmed in any way by us.
- Very often feelings play a great part in repentance; repentance is a hard
battle.
- Luke 10:13
- Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you Bethsaida! For if the miracles that
were performed in you had been performed in Tyre & Sidon, they
would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth & ashes.
Luke 7:44 “…but she hath washed My feet with tears…” (demonstrating
repentance)
- The publican in Luke 18:13
- But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not look up
to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me a
sinner,’ (Indicating sorrow of heart)
- The Greek word for repentance means to cause one great concern.
- The Hebrew word for repentance means to pant, sigh, or moan.
- Psalm 38:18
- I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin.
3. As touching the will the Hebrew word for repent also means to “turn”
Luke 15:18-20 the prodigal said, “I will arise…and he arose.”
- Repentance is a crisis with a changed experience in view.
- Paul taught repentance as experience rather than a single act.
- Repentance is a two fold act:
1) Turning from sin
2) Turning unto God
- Turning from sin without turning to God is reformation without regeneration.
1 Thessalonians 1:9
- for they themselves report what kind of reception you gave us.
They tell how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and
true God.
Acts 26:18
- To open their eyes & turn them from darkness to light, and from
the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of
sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.

V. How is Repentance Produced?
- Basically it is a gift of God.
Acts 11:18
- When they heard this, they had no further objections & praised God
saying, “So then, God has granted even the Gentiles repentance unto
life.
2 Timothy 2:25
- Those who oppose him he must gently instruct, in the hope that God
will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth.
- As people hear the message of the Gospel, the Holy Spirit convicts them
of their sin & a great desire to repent comes over the individual as a result
- Jonah preached repentance to Nineveh; they believed the message &
turned to God.
Romans 2:4
- Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, tolerance
and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness leads you toward
repentance?
Revelation 3:19
- Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest,
& repent!
- God often uses chastisement or rebuke to cause us to repent of our sins.

VI. The Results of Repentance
1. All heaven is a made glad
Luke 15: 7-10
- I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in
heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous
persons who do not need to repent. Or suppose a woman has ten
silver coins and loses one. Does she not light a lamp, sweep the house
and search carefully until she finds it? and when she finds it, she calls
her friends & neighbors together & says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have
found my lost coin. In the same way, I tell you there is rejoicing in the
presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
2. It brings pardon & forgiveness of sins
Isaiah 55:7
- Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let
him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God
for he will freely
pardon.
Acts 3:19
- Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out,
that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.
- Repentance does not cause one to merit forgiveness; repentance is merely
a condition.
- Repentance prepares a man for pardon but it does not entitle him to it.
(After repentance we are still unworthy of the Lord’s love & forgiveness)
3. The Holy Spirit is poured out upon the penitent
Acts 2:38
- Peter replied, “Repent & be baptized, everyone of you, in the name
of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will
receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Repentance part 1

Introduction
- Under the Old Testament order of law and sacrifices the people confessed
their sin, offered a sacrifice & then often returned to repeat the sin.
- Gospel repentance is turning from sin & turning unto God. Acts 20:21 says:
“I have declared to both Jews & Greeks that they must turn to God
in repentance & have faith in the Lord Jesus.
- It is called “repentance unto life,” because the new mind is not merely to
depart from evil, but to obtain the life that is found in Christ.
Acts 11:18
- When they heard this, they had no further objections & praised God
saying “So then, God has granted even the Gentiles repentance unto
life”.
- It is also called repentance unto salvation, as that is its object.
2 Corinthians 7:10
- Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no
regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.
- As it is not to be repented of again it means that one is not to return again
to that sin; it infers a changed attitude toward sin; not going back to
iniquity.

I. Definition of Repentance
1. Repentance is not merely sorrow for sin; there are many who weep over sin
but, without repentance, immediately return to the same sin.
Doing penance is not repentance, for it gives the sinner some merit to earn
in order to gain salvation & often hinders true repentance.
Judas Iscariot & Esau showed sorrow for sin but they did not repent.
Hebrews 12:17
- Afterward, as you know, when he (Esau) wanted to inherit this blessing, he was rejected. He could bring about no change of mind though he sought the blessing with tears.
- Remorse & tears often accompany repentance, but they are not repentance
in themselves.
2. Repentance is a change of mind that leads to a change of conduct.
Matthew 21:28-32
- What do you think? there was a man who had two sons. He went to
the first, and said, “Son, go & work today in the vineyard.’ “I will not
he answered, but later he changed his mind and went. Then the
father went to the other son & said the same thing. He answered,
I will, sir, but he did not go. Which of the two did what his father
wanted? “The first,” they answered. Jesus said to them, “ I tell
you the truth, the tax collector & the prostitutes are entering
the kingdom of God ahead of you. For John came to you to show
you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the
tax collectors & the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this,
you did not repent and believe him.

II. Necessity of Repentance
1. All need to repent because all are guilty in God’s sight. Jesus first
sermon after the baptism & testing in the wilderness was on repentance.
Matthew 4:17
- From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent for the kingdom
of heaven is near.”

Luke 13:3
- I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.
2. Repentance comes before believing.
Mark 1:15
- The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God is near. Repent
and believe the good news!
3. Repentance comes before forgiveness.
Luke 24:47
- and repentance & forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to
all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
4. Repentance comes before conversion.
Acts 3:19
- Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out,
that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.
5. God commands repentance.
Acts 17:30
- In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands
all people everywhere to repent.

III. Importance of Repentance
- Repentance is a very prominent subject in the Scriptures, being mentioned
over one hundred times in the Bible.
- Repentance was the theme of John the Baptist.
Matthew 3:1-2
- In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the desert of
Judea and saying, “Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is near.
- When Jesus sent forth His disciple to preach, He commanded them to
preach repentance.
Mark 6:12
- They went out to preached that people should repent.
- After Pentecost the disciple preached repentance.
Acts 2:38
- Peter replied, “Repent & be baptized, everyone of you, in the name
of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your
sins. And you will
receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
- This was the message of the Apostle Paul. Acts 20:21
“I have declared to both Jews & Greeks that they must turn to God
in repentance & have faith in the Lord Jesus.
- The burden of the heart of God is that all should repent.
2 Peter 3:9
- The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand
slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but
everyone to come to repentance.
- Failure to obey God here will lead to eternal damnation.
Luke 13:3
- I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.

Forgiveness part 2

IV. The Completeness of Forgiveness
All Sin
- When Jesus forgives sin, He forgives all of it, not one quarter or one
half or 499/500, but all.
Luke 7:47
- Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven – for she
loved much. but he who has been forgiven little loves little.
Psalm 103:3
- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.
Psalm 32: 1-2
- Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are
covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord does not count against
him and in whose spirit is no deceit.
(The Lord forgives the transgressions, sin, iniquity all is forgiven.
Colossians 2:13
- When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your
sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our
sins.
Matthew 12:31
- And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but
the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
This is a most important point.
If one sin remained unforgiven that individual could not go to heaven but
would be forced to spend eternity in hell.
Revelation 21:27
- Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is
shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the
Lamb’s book of life.
One sin can contaminate you & heaven forever; one sin brought death on all
men.

V. Possession of Forgiveness
We have,” a present possession
Many expect to wait until after death to know whether or not they have
been forgiven.

The Gospel brings the glad news of a forgiveness that is a present
possession.
Ephesians 1:7
- In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of
sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
The women in Luke 7:36-50 received forgiveness immediately.
1 John 2:12
- I write to you, dear children, because your sins have been forgiven
on account of his name.
We present a positive Gospel message that men might know assuredly here
& now that their sins have been forgiven beyond the shadow of a
doubt.

VI. The Conditions of Forgiveness
1. Repentance:
Repentance comes before forgiveness; repentance is turning from sin
unto God.
Acts 5:31
- God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince & Savior that he
might give repentance & forgiveness of sins to Israel.
Acts 2:38
- Peter replied, “Repent & be baptized, every one of you, in the name
of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive
the gift of the Holy Spirit.
In Luke 7:36-50, the woman expressed her repentance in tears & humility.
2. Faith:
Luke 7:50
- Jesus said to the woman, Your faith has saved you; go in peace.
3. Confession:
1 John 1:9
- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just & will forgive us our
sins & purify us from all unrighteousness.
The unconfessed sin cannot be forgiven; let us pray that the Holy Spirit
will reveal the sins to us & give us grace to confess every one.
Psalm 32:5
- Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my
iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”
and you forgave the guilt of my sin.
This was David’s experience & it can be our experience, too.
4. Forgiving others:
Matthew 6:15
- But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not
Forgive your sins.
Luke 6:37
- Do not judge, and you will not be judge. Do not condemn, and you
will not be condemn. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Let us remember that exhortation of Ephesians 4:32
- Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other
just as in Christ God forgave you.
Forgiveness should be easy for a Christians as pictured in Matthew 18:21-35

VII. The Frequency of Forgiveness
How often can we be forgiven?
As often as we sin & and confess our sins, the Blood of Jesus Christ is
available to forgive us, if we meet the condition as set forth above.
Repentance involves forsaking the sin & promising by God’s strength not to
repeat it.
Shall we continue in sin then, that grace may abound, because God will
readily forgive us, anyway?
This question was propounded in Romans 6:1, and answered by the Lord
through Paul in Romans 6:2
Romans 6:1-2
- What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may
increase? By no means! we died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
How often should we forgive someone who sins against us? The Savior
answered this question in Matthew 18:21-35, not till seventy times, but
continuously.

Forgiveness part 1

- By virtue of the fall of man all men have become sinners.
- Sin is the one thing that will keep men out of heaven; heaven is a holy
place and nothing evil shall ever enter there.
- The keynote to getting to heaven is forgiveness: if God forgives us our
sins then no one will be able to prevent us from entering heaven.
- To sinful man, forgiveness because the most important problem in his
life.
- In the Old Testament there are three are three words for forgiveness:
One means “to cover”; another is “to lift away”; & the third means “to
send away”.
- In the New testament forgiveness is the separation of the sinner from his
sins through the sacrifice of Christ & upon the ground of pure grace.

I. the Author of Forgiveness
God Alone
- Since the sinner has broken the law of God, only God can forgive him of that sin. When you break the law of God no man can forgive; only God can
forgive you.
Luke 7:49
- The other guests began to say among themselves, “ Who is this who
even forgives sins?”
Mark 2:7
- “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can
forgive sins but God alone”.
- The Jews in both cases are correct for only God can forgive sin.
- Never go to a human being for forgiveness; go directly to the One sinned
against.
1 John 1:9
- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just & will forgive us our
sins & purify us from all unrighteousness.
- He, the Lord God, the holy One, the giver of the law, is willing to forgive
sinners.
- because Jesus is both God & the Son of God, He has been appointed to
forgive sin.
Acts 5:31
- God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince & Savior that he
might give repentance & forgiveness of sins to Israel.

II. The Channel of Forgiveness
Jesus Christ
Acts 13:38
- Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus
the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.
- This is the wonderful message of salvation to sin burdened souls.
- In Luke 7:48, the Savior personally forgave the woman, “ Thy sins are
forgiven”.
- In Mark 2:9, Jesus personally forgave the paralytic man, “Which is easier
to say to the paralytic, Your sins are forgiven, or to say, Get up
take your mat & walk?
- Jesus is not here bodily today but He is here invisibly ready to forgive
each one of us.
- Forgiveness cannot be found in any church, sacrament or ordinance but is
found in Christ alone.

III. The Foundation of Forgiveness
- Forgiveness is bestowed on the ground of the Lord’s compassion.
Psalm 78:38
- Yet he was merciful; he forgave their iniquities and did not destroy
them. Time after time he restrained his anger and did not stir up his
full wrath.
- Forgiveness is bestowed on the ground of divine justice.
1 John 1:9
- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just & will forgive us our
sins & purify us from all unrighteousness. ( God can forgive sin
and yet remain holy & just.
- Forgiveness is bestowed on the basis of the Blood of Christ.
Ephesians 1:7
- In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of
sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
- By blood is meant the propitiatory work of Christ. On the cross He shed
His blood as a ransom & complete payment for our eternal redemption.

- God has decreed in Ezekiel 18:4
- For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son –
both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.
- Sin brought death, & because man sinned, as a consequence he must die.
Genesis 2:17
- but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good & evil
for when you eat of it you will surely die.
- God has always required blood, symbolical of death as payment for sin.
- To cover the nakedness of Adam & Eve, blood was shed to get the coats
of skin, Genesis 3:21
- The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam & his wife & clothed
them.
- Abel’s offering was accepted because it contained blood, and Cain’s
offering was rejected because it did not have blood.
Genesis 4: 3-5
- In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil
as an offering to the Lord. but Abel brought fat portion from some
of the firstborn of the flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel &
his offering. but on Cain & his offering he did not look with favor. so
Cain was very angry, & his face was downcast.
Leviticus 17:11
- For the life of a creature is in the blood, & I have given it to you to
make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes
atonement for one’s life.

If you are NOT A CHRISTIAN

If you are NOT A CHRISTIAN
WHY NOT?

Is it because you are afraid of what others may say of you?
Luke 9:26
-If anyone is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of man will be
ashamed of him when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father
and of the holy angels.

Is it because you are unwilling to confess & forsake your sins?
Isaiah 55:7
- Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let
Let him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God,
he will freely pardon.

Is it because of the crooked walk of professing Christians?

- For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one
may receive what is due him
for the things done while in the body,
whether good or bad.

Is it because you are not willing to give up all for Christ?
Luke 14:33
- In the same way, any of you who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple
.

Is it because you fear that you are too great a sinner?
1 Timothy 1:15
- Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus
came into the world to save sinners – of whom I am the worst.

Is it because you are afraid you will not be accepted?

- All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me
I will never drive away.

life? you are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.

Is it because you behave rather well compared to most people and you think
God should be satisfied with that?
James 2:10
- For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.

My Christian Life Testimony

My name is Remington Nocom, I would like to share my testimony how God change my life and is still continuing to change me to be a good Christian and a worthy servant of him. Here is my Testimony.

My life was the same with everyone before I came to know JESUS CHRIST. At an early age my parents enrolled me in a Christian school, I can call this as one of Gods miracles or plan, because my parents are devout Buddhist and they enrolled me in a Christian institution, there I started to know about Jesus Christ. At first I love the stories from the bible like Adam & Eve, Noah, Joseph the dreamer, Moses and about Jesus Christ. That time I can say I’m a partial believer because I was not really serious about my faith that time and I was also confuse about the difference of Roman Catholicism and Christianity. But in spite of this I still prayed to Christ for guidance in all that I need.

I stayed at that Christian school for about 11 years, I was learning more about Gods love for us, but not really growing, so with Gods glory he move me out of that Christian school, and he put me in a place were all is different, he put me in a Buddhist school, at first it was a shock to me and inside me I’m crying out to God to take me back to my Christian school, but God has a plan for me to grow and be a part of his family, not to my knowledge there was a Christian organization close to my new school, before I knew about that place. I prayed to the lord that he will not abandon me, because I don’t want to surrender my faith and to return to Idol worship and be lost, but God remains true to his promise that: “I will never abandon you nor forsake you…” and he never did. So I became a member of this Christian Organization, I learned many things that I never knew about a Christian living and started to grow on the things I learned, in spite all this blessings from God I still fell and did things that are not pleasing to the lord, in other words I was lost in the worlds sweet temptation, but the lord is gracious, even if I left his side the Lord was still by my side he never left me, his watching me, loving me, and continuing to guide me in everything I do, and he continued to call me to come back, like a father calling his son from the doorstep of there house, I heard and came home, left again to see the world, this went many times, until one day I think God was fed up with my actions, well I can say with this incident he really got my complete attention, now I’m living a life that I should have been living and God is the center of it all. To be honest I still have the fear that I might fall back to my past, but I know if I fix my eyes on Christ he will help me defeat this and he will guide me. I’m still face with many struggles but God is blessing me and is reining inside my heart right now.

So I urge all of you to get close to God by trusting his son Jesus Christ in our hearts and prepare to accept the gift of eternal life and a renewed life, for God deserved our worship and our praise because he loved us first and he send his only son to die for our sins that we may have fellowship with him again. Trust the Lord our God for he is love.

Finding the right steps with God

Step 1: God’s Purpose in our lives is Peace & Life
- God loves you & wants you to experience peace & life, abundant & eternal.

The Bible says:
Romans 5:1
-“We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

John 3:16
- For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

John 10:10
- I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly

Why don’t most people have this peace & abundant life that
God planned for us to have?

Step 2: The Problem is our separation
- God created us in His own image to have an abundant life. He did not make us as robots to automatically love & obey Him. God gave us a will & freedom of choice.

- We chose to disobey God & go our own willful way. We still make this choice today. This results in separation from God.

The Bible says…
Romans: 3:23
- For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans: 6:23
- For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Our Choice results in separation from God.

Our Attempts to Reach God.
- People have tried many ways to bridge this gap between themselves & God.
Examples are:
- Church attendance - Religion
- Good works - Philosophy
- Baptism - Morality
- Penance
- Sacrifices
The Bible says…
Proverbs 14:12
- There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.

Isaiah 59:2
- But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.

No bridge reaches God…except one.

Step 3: God’s bridge is The Cross
- Jesus Christ died on the Cross and rose from the grave. He paid the penalty for our sin & bridged the gap between God & people.

The Bible says…
1 Timothy 2:5
- For there is one God & one mediator between God & men, the man Christ Jesus.

1 Peter 3:18
- For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to
bring you to God.”

Romans 5:8
- But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

God has provided the only way…
Each person must make a choice…
Will you make the choice?

Step 4: Our Response is Receive Christ
- We must trust Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior and receive Him by personal invitation.

The Bible says…
Revelation 3:20
- Here I am! I stand at the door & knock. If anyone hears my voice & opens the door, I will come in & eat with him, & he with me.

John 1:12
- Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.

Romans 10:9
- That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Will you receive
Jesus Christ right now?

Here is how you can receive Christ:
1. Admit you’re a sinner
2. Be willing to turn from your sins (repent)
3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the Cross & rose from the grave.
4. Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through
the Holy Spirit (Receive Him as Lord & Savior)

How to Pray the sinners prayer?
Dear Lord Jesus,

I am a sinner, deserving of punishment in hell. And there is nothing I can
do to earn my way to heaven. I am really sorry for my sins. I thank you for
sending Jesus Christ to die for my sins. I would like to accept Jesus Christ into my heart as my Lord & Savior. Lord Jesus, help me obey you in everyway. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

God’s Assurance is His Word:
If you prayed this prayer
,

the bible says..
Romans 10:13
- Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Did you sincerely ask Jesus Christ to come into your life? Where is He right
now? What has He given you?

Ephesians 2: 8-9
- For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from
yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.

The Bible Says…

1 John 5: 12 -13
- He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does
not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of
God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

Receiving Christ, we are born into God’s family through the supernatural works
of the Holy Spirit who indwells every believer. This is called regeneration, or the
“ new birth.”

This is just the beginning of a wonderful new life in Christ. To deepen this relationship you should:
- Read the bible everyday to know Christ better.
- Talk to God through prayer everyday.
- Tell other about Christ.
- Worship, fellowship, & serve with other Christians in a church where
Christ is preached.
- As Christ’s representative in a needy world, demonstrate your new life
by your love & concern for others.

Psalm 1:2 (reading bible)
- But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates
day & night.

Philippians 4:6 (Prayer)
- Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer &
petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Hebrews 10: 24 – 25 (Fellowship)
- And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love &
good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the day
approaching.

John 4: 23 – 24 (Worship)
- Yet a time is coming & has now come when the true worshipers will
